How it works:

PRP is a solution made from your own blood! A small amount of your own blood is drawn up. It’s then placed in a machine called a centrifuge which spins it down to separate the platelets from the other components of the blood. The resulting solution is rich in growth factors that are found within your own body (althought containing more than 100x the growth factors)! These growth factors (which stimulate production of collagen and elastin), are extra concentrated due to the material in the specialized tubes that we use for this procedure.
